Every Friday night, Singles Outreach offers one of the best dances in the Capital Region. These dances are held at the Polish Community Center or other fine locations. You can count on finding a fun-loving group of singles kicking up their heels every Friday night to one of our great DJs or guest bands. The Friday Dance also offers one of the best deals around for dance lessons. You can enjoy learning fun new dances from experienced teachers such as swing, salsa, cha cha, foxtrot and many more. The lessons at 7:30pm focus on ballroom dance, however the dance from 8:30pm-12:30am is a social dance with music that will keep you on the dance floor all evening. Remember, if you can move, you can dance!
